Jargalsaikhan Dambadarjaa is an economist specialized in banking and stock market. He is management consultant in banking and financial organizations, in particular, in strategic planning and competitiveness.
He has an extensive experience in working in investment and commercial banking, financial, tourism and petroleum companies and worked in government and non-government organizations. Some of these jobs include: CEO of Capital Bank, Chairman of a government agency (FIFTA), Deputy Director of Juulchin Company and worked for the Mongolian Petroleum Company. Mr. Jargalsaikhan is the founder of the Mongolian first Rotary club and served as its President in (1995-1996), a Board member of the Mongolian Open Society Forum (2003-2007), the President of the Civic Union (2008-2009), General Secretary of the Mongolian National Commission of the Pacific Economic Cooperation and the President of Mongolians for Fair Taxes and Wise Spending, Mongolian Taxpayers’ Association. He has over 50 articles and interviews on foreign investment, economic issues, economic freedom index, corruption, banking, bond and mortgage. He writes economic columns in Mongolian and English for the daily newspapers Unoodor and UB post.
He received a diploma in Economics from the Moscow State University (Russian) in 1984 with summa cum laude and MBA degree specializing in finance from the Daniel’s School of Business of University of Denver (USA) in 2002.
